I'm currently employed as the only full-time software tester at a small to mid-sized application development and new media company in Toronto. You'll probably see a number of posts relating to breaking software and making software better. Working at a smaller company is great - it lets me bite off way more than I can chew :-)

My educational background is in physics, with a strong bent towards astronomy. I've recently enrolled in the Master of Astronomy programme at James Cook University. I own a small telescope and love getting out of the city once in a while and discovering new parts of the night sky.
